TXLF42E30 subtitle

Hello,
I have a TXLF42E30 and i have some problem to play video with subtitle.
The subtitle are not visible or i can't play video.
The subtitle .srt had the same name that the video file.
i have the profil panasonic viera.
Have you an idea ?

I haven't the option subtitle on the TV.

Sorry, i have the button option on the tv.
When i play a movie and i press option it show "no subtitle",
no way to activate. It doesn't see the subtitle.

meaning they are more than likely not supported by teh device as serviio serves them if they are there.

What kind of file are you playing ?
