GT30 - Blocky Video and/or Hangs

Hi,
Firstly let me say thanks for developing a great program (and for making it free), to cut a long story short it has enabled me to get rid of my Netgear NTV550.
Now to my problem, my setup is as follows;
HP Mediasmart EX490 (CPU Upgraded) running Serviio 0.6.2 wired to;
Netgear 'N' Router out to;
Homeplug 85mbps to;
Homeplug 85mpbs to:
TP-Link 4 port router wired to:
Panasonic GT30
I'm using the latest Panasonic (with AVI) Profile as posted in this forum.
I understand that the 85mbps Homeplugs are likely to be the cause of some issues and will upgrade them to 500mpbs soon.
I recently dowloaded two episodes of a TV series, one plays fine and the other is all blocky with what looks like frame/scenes overlapping, I guess it could be at the limit of the homeplugs but to my 'untrained' eye the files look similar. This happens with numerous TV series files, I'm using these as a good example.
I've included the ffmpeg details of the two files below, S07E13 plays fine, S07E14 doesn't. I can see that there is a different encoder but whilst being reasonably PC literate I'm a total noob when it come to video/audio stuff.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Russell
