Stuttering after few minutes

I'm using Serviio for streaming video that is received via HTTP stream (MPEG-2 video and MPEG audio encapsulated in TS, cca. 5 Mbps) from internet to my Panasonic E30 TV. It works fine for few minutes and then begin to stutter. When I restart playback from TV it works fine for few minutes and begin to stutter again and again... bandwidth is not a problem (30+ Mbps from ISP, LAN is 100 Mbps). Any suggestions for this problem is welcome...

enable detailed logging, play the stream, find the ffmpeg command used to transcode the file, run it manually and check how many fps it's doing

AFAIK, the stream is not transcoded. When I play stream on a computer with VLC, it plays without any problems. Also I tried to restream with VLC (VLC is creating HTTP stream form received stream), newly created stream behave exactly the same as the original stream. When I get home, I'll try to enable transcoding to see what will happen, but I'd like to avoid it (because of picture quality: stream originates from MPEG-2 DVB-T transmission).

OK, I think that problem is solved. Last night I watched entire football match without any hiccups. The only thing that I did in the meantime is update of Java from 1.7u4 to 1.7u5. Tonight I will watch another match and will post here if problem occurs again...

It worked fine for hour and half... after that it started to stutter again... It was nice while it lasted  What is the size of receive buffer for stream? It seems to me that is too small... is there a way to increase size of receive buffer?

there is no buffer, unless the TV has one.

Most online streams are transcoded or remuxed, so the log / FFMpeg output might shed some light.

Unfortunately, this one is not transcoded / remuxed. Source of the stream is my laptop at work running VLC: it receives multicast stream form DVB-T receiver, stream MPEG-2 video and MPEG-1 Layer 2 audio muxed into TS via HTTP. I can change container to force remux of the stream. What is your suggestion for container, which one to choose? When I watch resulting stream on my home computer (that runs Serviio) with VLC, it works flawlessly...

you can add remux of mpegts online streams to the generic profile.
