Anyone able to successfully stream avis to Panasonic GT50?

First post but have been trolling here a few weeks. I have looked at alot of Media servers in the last few weeks and really settled on Serviio as the best choice for me. It does a great job to my Samsung LED my PS3 but I am struggling with the subpar DLNA capabilities of my new Panasonic GT 50 and I really want to get them resolved.
Since the Panny does not natively recognize AVI's it now will with Serviios help. The issue I have is that it will try to play and eventually fail to audio format unsupported. I have been using a profile I found here called Panasonic without AVI (I can dig up a link if needed). I know these plasmas are pretty popular and just figured others have had the same struggles. I can certainly get down to the level of details needed for advanced trouble shooting but I figured maybe I am just missing something and others can weigh in on what they have done. I would really like to avoid re encoding all my files to another format via Nero if I dont have to. I am not super tech savvy but probably above average and willing to test or try anything I can. This forum has been a great help getting me this far and I appreciate all the advice that is dispensed here.
