Perhaps i should rephrase it :)

Which NAS units will Serviio run on in standalone mode. (IE without needing a PC to run the SW)

There's loads of NAS units out there, but i don't want to buy one, and find i cant run Serviio from it, but have to use there own inbuilt system, which may net be as good as Serviio at doing its delivery coding etc

I'd like to know which NAS you guys recommend for Serviio too?

Easiest to setup. Works great, even with .mkv files, etc.

If you're looking to buy a NAS specifically for Serviio then your best bet will be the QNAP or Synology ones in the HOWTO sticky topics in this forum. If there's a guide then it's confirmed working!
