Synology ds212j media indexing issues (sabnzbd/sickbeard)

Hi there,

I have installed serviio on my DS212j using the package, in the process I had issues with the java 7 installing, getting the package failed to install message, however it is all working ok.

Anyway, I point it to my TV directory and it picks up some of my files, however it cannot pick up any of the files downloaded by sabnzbd+/sickbeard! I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling twice, reseting everything etc. and no luck. Does anyone have a clue as to what I can do to fix this issue?

Just to be clear the files that index OK were downloaded previously and transferred to the NAS. Only files downloaded directly to the NAS are troublesome. Also, I have checked permissions and serviio has access to everything!

Cheers!

I have heard someone else having issues like this, and i think it had something to do with what permissions the filesystem had been mounted with, maybe the filesystem in use (ext3. ext4. xfs. etc.), and the user sabnzbd uses when downloading files.
