Serviio

Hi, since the latest release (Serviio 2.3), french translation seems to be encoded using iso8859-1 instead of UTF-8, leading to rendering issues.

For example, the "Video" category appears as "Vid▯o" on my TV (the word is "Vidéo" in French, and is correctly translated in Crowdin).

I never saw this issue before in any 2.x version.

Probably caused by using Java other than 8..?
