Possibly add an extra column to her with checkboxes to here - http://www.serviidb.com/plugins
User checks and downloads the selected plugins in a zip file

Its nice to see https://bitbucket.org/xnejp03/serviio/i ... to-serviio going to be added to Serviio 1.3
Users on the website or forum then can add links without 3rd party apps

I am not sure if it will be zip format or each groovy file. Groovy files would be easier on the end user.

The link ability sounds great

Ive noticed a message on serviidb since you added Cloudflare
Cloudflare is not passing $_SERVER["HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP"], make sure to enable it and to configure your webserver to take variables.

The icons of the plugins dont show up the table of contents

I changed the code so you should not be getting the message any more.

I do not understand what you mean about the icons.

yes that is how I have it setup, do you think it should point to the plugin itself?

There is a link to the plugin itself right below the logo.

Must be late and im getting things even confused...

Currently when you click on HDTrailers icon on the home page it goes to this page - http://www.serviidb.com/plugin-api-name/hdtrailers
Rather having this content in blog format, can we have the HDTrailers table list instead (like it was last week on the home page)

Thanks Mark, exactly what im looking for :)

Also now its in table format, can it display all the contents please rather than limiting to ten items

Would be cool if some information about the plugin before the table
Ideally:
Title
Plugin Description
Current Plugin version
Maybe link to downdoal plugin
Then the table of content of HD trailers

Any eta when the new extra plugin data will be available via the the normal /api/plugin endpoint?

One thing that would be nice is the number of sources associated with a plugin, as well as being able to get a list of sources basd on plugin id, rather than searching with plugin title.

@Xmantium The 4oD plugin API name is wrong (the others may also be), could you update them at some point?

Check out http://serviidb.com/apidev/plugin

I thought I sent out a request for a review on it. I can transfer it over to the production API tonight.

Yes I've already seen it, but want to keep released versions of ServiiDroid on the /api endpoint, so yes please transfer the /apidev stuff over.

Did you verify that all the original fields are the same?

Thanks for transfering the data, I now have an Acitivty in ServiiDroid that displays a grid of plugins and their logos grouped by plugin type, then user will then be able to see the details for that plugin and associated online sources.

Some comments on the API so far:
Duplicated fields:
*pluginNid and nid (one should be removed)
*pluginName, plugin, pluginAPIName (pluginName or plugin should be removed)

Default data:
*pluginLogo: Some plugins don't have a logo (@xmantium, can you fix that :)), so pluginLogo should be null, not 'http://serviidb.com/sites/default/files/'

Duplicated plugins:
ABC & ABC Family appears twice under TV on Demand
TurboTV appears under Sports and under no type.

Image caching:
Do you want me to cache images on the device's sd card for short/medium periods of time? (I'm not doing it at the moment, instead I'm just building an in memory cache)

I left the other info in until everyone had a chance to update to the new field names.

New items should default to the serviidb icon. I can update the old ones. If any one has a good icon for default let me know.

I would just pull the icon again or give the user the option. Depends on device memory if it should be cached or not.

OK, which ones are you planning on removing?

I think it is better to have it null rather than a default, that way the apps can provide one locally (could all be the same icon mind).

The no plugin required and coolsport is a bit ugly as well, not sure of an alternative.

I can implement device caching, but it is a bit of work. My main concern was not load time for users but extra bandwidth requirements for you.

The plugin name for 4oD sources (and proably all) have changed to the pluginApiName field. It is supposed to be linked to the pluginTitle field.
