APVideo.groovy is a video Web Resource

This video WebResource groovy provides access to the Associated Press Video Network, a library of the latest news videos from around the world.

http://video.ap.org is the default link and provides access to the Editors_Picks.

http://video.ap.org?feed=xxxxxx provides access to the other "Video Playlists" listed at the left side of the http://video.ap.org page.

Just replace xxxxxx with the playlist name and add as a video WebResource. If xxxxxx is multiple words join them with an underscore _ . Note that U.S. is U._S.

The plugin now includes a quick refresh feature as described in the wiki at http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=quick_refresh.
The feature may be disabled using the parameter genurls=0

The groovy will also generate a "events" icon showing the time of the next scheduled refresh.

Can you add this to serviidb.com? I am working on a template system and this looks like a good candidate to work on the design of the template php.

We are trying to get all plugins and content on serviidb.com that way they can be pulled from the database using the web consoles and ServiiDroid. Zip has talked about adding the function to the Serviio Console.

Version 2 posted.

This is a major upgrade of the plugin and features a new quick refresh capability as described in the wiki at http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=quick_refresh.

This makes it practical to do refreshes frequently using the refresh parameter and keep the list of items up to date without the overhead of re-extracting the existing items. Refreshes that previously took many minutes are now done in one or two seconds.
