Serviio

Hello, I am absolutely thrilled with Serviio. I am running this on a home server. But I still lack a functioning because, unfortunately ..... The download of a track or an album or videos , and maybe for photos. I would be delighted if you could erstenne such a plugin yet. Greeting jabofe

Serviio is a media server, it's purpose is the "serve" or stream content to your devices not download content

You could always use a PLAYER with save-to-storage functionality.

I think VLC purports to do that, but I never managed to get it to work in my rather incapable little PCs.
