Plugin to ingest http web page to media browser,like stream?

Hello! Really like Serviio, and looking for option, how to ingest web page to media browser like source. Sometime I'm using streaming service which generates webpage with player embedded in it. No RTMP, or WEBRTC links possible to sniff. Just a webpage with simple player. Is it possible to ingest in to Media Browser somehow?

Usually a source like that requires a plug-in, which means someone has to write the plug-in. I personally have no idea how to do so, so unless you can find an existing plug-in for that site, one will have to be written.

Is it possible to ask to create this plugin? Or the best way is to find some freelancer? Job has payment, not too much, but every work should be payed.
