problem with toshiba ZV743 (black screen and no sound)

soory about my english, i hope you understand my problem
i installed serviio on my WHS und my device find it.
my device is a toshibe 37ZV743 and i change the profile and edit it like an post here in forum.
my movies on the serve are .TS and if i will play them the clock beginn to run an i have travic in my network, but the picture are black and no sound are playing.
have anyone the same problem?
