To keep the forum clean please make sure you try to find your answer among the existing topics - if you have a problem, someone else probably had it before.

Also consult the Support section of the web site, especially its F.A.Q section and Serviio Wiki.

To help us help you, provide detailed log and if the problem relates to a unplayable/missing video file also post its technical metadata.

Questions that keep repeating will be most likely ignored as the forum gets busier and very time consuming to go through.
