Toshiba Tl938 No playback at all

I just bought a new Toshiba TL938, integrated it into my network and was able to watch avi files using WMP.
But since I can't stream mkv with the WMP, I tried serviio. I am using the Generic DLNA Profile and my Toshiba is recognized by serviio.
I can browse my files but whenever I start to play a video it says "Error during playback" (Fehler bei der Wiedergabe). I tried using transcode, not using transcode, disabling Firewall and Antivirus, no success. Neither mkv nor divx, avi or anything else can be played.
Other streaming clients don't work eiter, only WMP.
Any solution to this?
