Philips SLA5520 wifi music player not working with Serviio

I have searched the forum and I can't find any references to this device.
I have installed Serviio on a windows vista machine. It can see the SLA5520 and I have chosen the 'Philips' profile (I have tried several others).
The SLA5520 can also see the Serviio, however I can't get the SLA to show me any audio files via the Serviio entry.
I am hopeful that this won't be too difficult, since I also have a WDTVLiveHub, and the SLA plays perfectly with that.

I am attaching a log file (debug was switched on near the end, around the 20:30 point).
I am also attaching the output from DeviceSpy for the SLA5520 and the result of the DLNA product search.

Re: Philips SLA5520 wifi music player not working with Servi

Thank you for such a prompt reply, Cerebus.

Howvever, I have patched the profiles.xml in config, stopped and restarted the server and restarted the console but I can't see the new profile in the drop down.

Also I can't locate any advice on what to do to update a profile - no doubt it exists, I just can't find it!

Re: Philips SLA5520 wifi music player not working with Servi

Thank you for that, Cerberus, it was too obvious for me to think of it!

So now I can select the new profile, but the overall situation hasn't changed - the two elements can see each other but they appear not to be communicating.

Is there anything else that can be tried? I have tried re-booting both the PC and the SLA but - no change.

Thank you

have you got any other DLNA devices on your network ?

if you do do they work?

if you dont have a read of our fact pages to check you have correct ports open and that you have bound your servers ip in serviio console.
