Option to specify a user for new connected devices

I recently migrated from Serviio 1.x to 2.x.
In 1.x it was possible to restrict new devices to the "limited access group".
In 2.x we can assign a user later on with limited access, but the default is now an unassigned user with full access.

Is it possible to provide an option to automatically assign a specific user for new devices instead of leaving the user unassigned?

I think at this time there is no option to automatically assign a specific user for new devices in Serviio 2.x. However, we will forward your suggestion to our development team for further consideration in future updates. In the meantime, please feel free to manually assign new devices to the limited access group as needed.

@TanchelGrayon There is no Serviio "development team". Your post implies you are part of the Serviio team, but there is no team. Serviio is maintained by a single person. Don't make statements that are providing inaccurate information.
