MB redirect

For example http://myipaddress.com:23424 displays the message
Is it possible to redirect that to the mediabrowser? ie http://myipaddress.com:23424 redirects to http://myipaddress.com:23424/mediabrowser
For example http://myipaddress.com:23424 displays the message
Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the request URI
