Auto update of external drives not working
When an external drive is switched on and its contents added to, why is its contents not updated in the library automatically?
My internal hard drives update ok.
But with external usb drives I have to tick the 5th across box and save settings and press force settings which then updates the ext. drive. Followed by removing the tick and Saving settings.
If I don't remove the tick, when I remove/power down the external drive it's library contents are deleted.
Perhaps this is normal and the only way to treat external hard drives! If so perhaps this is an item for a new feature
