Serviio erases all metadata if metadata source inaccessible

If selected metadata resources are inaccessible, or otherwise detectably unusable, serviio should immediately stop updating the library.
Tests for usability/access should be performed up front.

Let's say the online DB is down for 2 days. In that case you would not be able to watch your new videos until it's up again. Don't think it's a good idea

It should at least not erase any data, but leave it as is, and just present what it already has, plus the "folders" view.

It does that? The online metadata is only checked the first time the file is found - it's never updated afterwards (unless you click Update video metadata). Files are only removed from library if the folder cannot be accessed anymore (e.g. external HDD is unplugged - in which case you should disable automatic scanning for that folder)

certainly seemed that way to me: i e it was removed from the "nice" menues, and only remained available as "folder" view items.
