Hi developers,
I have not found a serviio web interface that I can install on Linux that has all the features of an installed version. Unless I am missing something. Really would like to speak to a serviio Linux guy please

What do you mean by a web interface? The console is a Java app for all OSs. Media Player is a web player. And you can install the console on remote computers for administrative purposes.

If you are looking for something web based to manage the database, then you are correct there is none. There are 3rd party web interfaces for administration. All they do is mimic the Console on a web page. I've played with them in Windows before, but I'd rather stick with the console. There are admin apps for smartphones in all flavors. I have one on my Windows Phone, and know there's a great Android app or 3, and my guess is there's some for iOS as well. Just haven't looked.

Again, if you want a full administrative web site that has all the console functions plus database admin (something like Plex has for their system), it's been asked for but I have no idea where it might be on the priority list.

You can install the console on your pc and point it at your Linux server.

Otherwise viewtopic.php?t=12593 is a well maintained third party web console that should give you all the features.

I believe 1.6 will include a first party web based console, so you could sign up to be a beta tester once that is ready for testing.
