Disable A-Z Listing via DLNA
It would be very useful if there was an option in the 'Presentation' settings to disable the automatic A-Z listing page that appears within some categories (for example 'Album Artists').
The reason is that some media players such as the Denon HEOS provide an automatic A-Z user interface, so effectively the A-Z page is adding an extra unnecessary layer when browsing.
As a suggestion on how it could be incorporated into the existing Presentation page: For categories that have A-Z listings, perhaps the category drop-down for those categories could have extra options 'Display Category (A-Z disabled)' and 'Display Content Only (A-Z disabled)?
