Change priority of metadata extraction

If Local Poster had highest priority in the metadata extraction tree, it would be very easy to fix the issue of incorrect thumbnails for videos by simply adding a local thumbnail.

you can't change it, it's defined. embedded metadata < online metadata < local cover art
