given the rising importance of HEIC/HEIF as a standard image format, are their any plans for Serviio support?

I just checked the Serviio bitbucket site, and don't see anything on this. It's possible no one has brought it to the developer's attention. You can enter a request on Bitbucket: https://bitbucket.org/xnejp03/serviio/issues

You need to create a user account to post anything, but it's free to do so.

I‘ve submitted an „issue“ on bitbucket. No user account needed btw.
