Request for a better Title Language selection mechanism

I would like to be able to specify a set of acceptable original languages for titles. Possibly a preference order for the few cases where there are more than one "original language" for a series, but that might not ever happen.
And a (set of) fallback title language(s) for when the original language isn't one of my acceptable ones.
