Manual update of feeds on the device

I have a couple of playlists on youtube which i update frequently and tend to need to watch them immediately on the TV. Waiting for 5 minutes before the feed is refreshed is not really an option [for me]!
What would be great to have is an extra item shown, in the listing on the TV, say called "Update Feed", which appears just like a movie clip, but when accessed would trigger an event on the server, asking it to refresh the feed.
It will probably show (play) an image of a check mark for 2-3 seconds, while the feed is updated (or for that matter, after the feed is updated).
This "Update" clip could even be placed for the local media items, to force refresh the library.

interactive items have been discussed before and zip has stated that this will not be implimented into serviio.

not as a item on the TV but might be in the console. Do you mean something like the force refresh button for local media?

That would be nice. Maybe also an update timeout per feed? Some feeds don't need to update that frequently (or even only manually), while others should refresh more often.
Did I already congratulate you on 0.6? Excellent job, zip! It works great.

I add to this request, a very needy thing for youtube playlists which are frequently updated.

Yes, came here to request this as well (as well as others). Force refresh on online media tab.
