I was wondering if there could be a option in Serviio future version to have the normalization of audio for any files being played so you don't have to play with the volume on different files being played?

Also another option is to choose the link to get file info or metadata for files like movies, TV series, I don't like the default ones I would like to add my own like a different one for my TV series then my movies.

Thank, for your time and keep up the good work.

That would require all files to be transcoded (not good) and even then I'm not sure how to accompplish that.

It uses different provider for movies and for series. The problem with adding additional ones is that most don't provide API and are not free.

You can also use NFO style files from xbmc.

  Code:
Swisscenter

Serviio supports importing XML files generated by Swisscenter media center. Using this extractor will enable you to completely manage your media library metadata via Swisscenter.

Local poster

If there is a local image file representing a music album or a video it can be used. These are the files that will be looked for:

 Audio: folder.jpg, cover.jpg, front_cover.jpg, {something}[front].jpg
Video: dvdcover.jpg, movie.jpg, name including "poster".jpg, {media_file_name}.jpg
