Serviio

Ive been using serviio for a while now and love it. I would like to a feature that I think may be rather useful for other people. Is it possible to have a status window? Basically something along the lines of..

I saw that logging was available somewhere but this is different, kind of a realtime thing. For a person like me that likes blinky lights, this would make my day.

Not to sound like a whiny child, but why? Only curious.

is the answer still no to this? I could really use this functionality.

1.8 includes parts of this on the Status page, per renderer. Click on the Play icon when there is something playing on the device. The icon is blue when not transcoding and orange when it is.
