If anibody is still interested, i found out a mutch simple solution.
I Use Subtitle Edit to edit my subtitles, convers to UTF-8 and such.
It can convert to .ass and edit font size.
But it would be great if font size would be an option in new serviio versions. I notised that the lower the movie res. is the subtitles are bigger.
If only subtitle font size could be set in % not in px.
