Re: IP adress
Starting with Serviio 2.0 it is possible to restrict playback on a device, but you can only restrict access to a specific shared folder. If your entire Serviio shared media is within a single folder location, then you cannot block access to specific titles or media types. You would need to separate the allowed media from the rest into a separate folder that is not under the previous shared location. As an example, if your existing media is located at D:\Media, you would need to create a new folder on the D: drive and move the allowed media into that new folder. Then configure the new folder as a separate media library location. Create a user account for the restricted access, then assign that user account to the specific player/TV you want to restrict, and tell Serviio in the new media location to allow that user account to access that folder. On the other media library location, do not give that user access, and it will not be available to that player/TV.
