Naming double/triple episodes

I'm working through renaming all my TV series.

I have some TV series with double / triple episodes (ie. episode 22-23 will be in one file). How to name these?

Thanks

tvdb lists as separate episodes. I guess if it just picks up the first episode, that's good enough.

I've been doing some testing to try and get Kodi & Plex naming to coexist (and hoping Serviio too). For some illogical reason Plex wants a from/to relationship, whereas Kodi wants each individual episode. To throw something else into the mix, I use MediaElch to create the NFO files, and that too baulks at some Kodi formats...

Battlestar Galactica (1978) S01E01-02-03 only shows E01 in Plex
Battlestar Galactica (1978) S01E01E02E03 shows E01 & E02 in Plex
Battlestar Galactica (1978) S01E01_02_03 only shows E01 in Plex

Battlestar Galactica (1978) S01E01_S01E02_S01E03 not recognised in MediaElch
Battlestar Galactica (1978) S01E01.S01E02.S01E03 not recognised in MediaElch

In the above example (with three episodes) I could not find any combination that worked (everywhere), so ended up using a MKV splitter to create three episodes. For double episodes, I have used the following format:

Heroes S04E01E02
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Rise of the Turtles S01E01E02
Battlestar Galactica (1978) S01E19E20

However these are not picked up at all by serviio :?:  any suggestions would be much appreciated.

To be honest if I could find timestamps to split these files I would do that (I just chopped by nearest chapter on BSG)...
