Serviio

Hi,
sorry for my english, i´m from germany. I hope you understand my problem.
I´ve installed serviio on my PC and streamed moviez to my TV. For streming i use a Samsung BD-E5300 BR Player. The moviedate of copy on my pc is for example 12.12.2014
In serviio on my TV the date is in all Movie files 01.01.1970
How can i fix it?

Is this a problem from my Samsung BD Player or is this a settingsproblem in the serviio console?

I'm afraid you can't fix it. This is an issue with virtually all Samsung devices, at least the ones I've owned. They do not read the Serviio metadata correctly. My Sony and Roku players all show it correctly.

I thought I fixed it in 1.6.1, but not sure now

I'm out of town, but I get home today and I'll check it out on my JU7100 tonight...

Zip, checked on my JU7100 with 1.6.1 and the latest beta, and the date is accurate for both. I no longer have a Samsung BD player (gave it to my grandkids) so can't verify it's fixed for other devices.
