Two problems about subtitles(device support and hardsubs)

I have two problems with subtitles:
I have two problems with subtitles:
- I have the same name subs in the video folder and activate the subs in Serviio Console, but TV can not show subs. The TV can show subs when I activate Hardsubs in console.
---Does it means my device can not support subs directly? - If I activate HardSub in Console, the video(Matroska transcoding to mpegts+aac) will be muted, very strange. I don't know the reason.
