The web-based player control doesn't work, cant jump ahead

The web-based player control doesn't work as intended (see the red square below). On PC, when I for example want to jump 1 hour ahead, it refuses to jump. On Android9 Firefox , I just get a black screen.
nb: chrome on Android is hopeless, the player time only show 12min instead 90min.
please help
