Does Serviio work with Plex Media Server?

I am having problems getting Plex Home Theater media player to work, so I thought I'd try Serviio but I need to know if it will work with Plex Media Server because that's where all my movies are stored. You can install Serviio on the same computer as Plex, no problem. They use different port numbers, so don't interfere. I have two different computers on my network that run them both without an issue. I use one computer as my test bench, while the other is my main media server.

Serviio can use the same file locations that Plex uses. But Serviio doesn't use the Plex library, so you still have to set Serviio up as if Plex wasn't there. As far as both products are concerned, they don't know the other one exists.
