192.168.1.77!

I keep getting the above ip address in my renders list im assuming its windows media player as sometimes it says it is sometimes not very strange anyhoo is there a way of stopping it from showing up under renderers as my only renderer i use is my ps3 with a static ip address its annoying that i have to keep removing it every time i start serviio :(

Not AFAIK. You can turn off media sharing in WMP, but not the renderer component. Just live with it :-)

I got rid of it by opening "Services" on my W7-64 and Disabling "WMPNetworkSvc, "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service"

That would be the server yes but for the renderer part of WMP u need to disable it in the options menu of WMP :)

Re: 192.168.1.77!

Or install Windows 7 Ultimate N Edition which has all the media player features removed including media center and dvd maker. i love the EU lmao. This is what i ended up doing as i hate windows media player . Now all i have is my ps3 as a renderer sweet! I use VLC player to watch stuff on my PC :D Now i wish they would release one without Internet explorer aswell piece of junk Chromes better
