Serviio

Good Morning!

I have an issue (it's NOT a bug) - after every update the privilegs I run the service with are set back to default which leads serviio after restarting the service loosing the databse completely. Is there a way to leave the privilegs as they are during the update?

I need to set them manually as my files are on a NAS witch I can't access with the default user.

What update are you talking about? The serviio updates?

Yep - the serviio updates - happend from 0.6.0 to 0.6.1 and now again. Here is the Log. BUt I don't see much there - only removing the files from the lib until 00:15 when I changed the User the service was startet with from Default to my networkuser and then it adds them again.

You will have to do it manually every time I'm afraid - at least for now.

No Prob - Just wanted to confirm. Maybee in the future it will be possible to give the service a user during installation ...

It used to be there in 0.6.0.0 but it confused the hell out of users ;-/
