Newbie Plugins help

I am newbie need help.I don't see plugin folder.So I just created a plugin folder and added the groovy file content but no success.Plz help.

What is your OS?

Plugin folder was created during installation with a readme.txt file in.

For windows : "C:\Program Files\Serviio\plugins"

I am using vista basic with wd tv live+.No plugin folder that I could locate.
