Subtitle does not work

Hello,
I installed Serviio on Win8. My asus o!play can find it and play the video normally. However, I am not able to get subtitle to work. The file name is like test.avi, test.eng.srt, test.chi.srt. They are playing fine on PC itself. What is the problem? The asus player can play subtitles if I use KooRaRoo.

in your serviio console, under the Delivery tab then subtitles.. what options do you have selected for subs?

I have Enable Subtitle checked. All others are blank

try enabling the burned in subtitle option to see if that helps.

Hi, It is the same. I guess the subtitle only works if I enable transcoding?

did you select preferred language?
