Live Feeds in folders - question/clarification

Note: Only static online content is supported in feeds. If you have a feed including live streams do not use that otherwise you are facing running out of disk space.

This statement is in the documentation and has been stated in the forum threads as well, however all the On-line Library live-stream folders work without problems so I would like clarification.

Through plugin, yes, as you can set live=true. Without plugin, ie just a vanilla RSS feed including live stream URLs, would not work (or would store ever growing file produced by FFmpeg)

Re: Live Feeds in folders - question/clarification

Thanks.. now its clear.. live=1 causes transcoding to be stored in a memory buffer rather than on transcoded.stf files.
