Well, according to the log there's an issue with the creation of the database. Make sure you completely remove your current Serviio install, then install it fresh again. Since I have zero experience with a Mac, I can't tell you how to ensure the existing Serviio is completely removed. Based on your log, it appears to have a different file structure than a Windows install.
