Updating network configuration on Manjaro

Hey there, I am looking to be able to configure Serviio to work with mullvad on my Manjaro linux machine and most of the guides I have been able to find reference a Windows installation.

I find one that talks about changing the network configuration settings in a serviio.properties file but in a file location that my serviio is not installed into. ( /opt or elsewhere) Apparently this is because the linux console doesn't have the network configuration interface that the Windows one does.

I did find serviio within a java subdirectory but no serviio.properties file. Where can I set the config settings to get Serviio to work with mullvad?

Or, is there another way to accomplish this?
