That port is used by Serviio for the console, and I've never seen it in use by another service/application. From that image I'm guessing you're installing this on a NAS? There are system properties that can change the port used by MediaBrowser, but there's none listed for changing the port used by the console. All I can suggest it trying to find out what is using that port on your device and see if that one can be changed.
