Serviio not adding playlist [BUG]
Hello.
I think I've found a bug in Serviio.
In Serviio Pro version 2.4 (QNAP ARM 64-bit package), playlists added to the library appear in the log file as successfully indexed but do not show up in DLNA clients (e.g., Foobar2000, BubbleUPnP) unless the server is manually restarted.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Result
The playlist 'Some Music playlist!' should appear immediately in DLNA clients after being indexed.
Actual Result
The playlist does not appear under DLNA clients unless the Serviio server is restarted.
Workaround
Manually restarting the Serviio server resolves the issue:
Let me know if you need any more info.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Library > Shared Folders in Serviio.
Untick the checkbox for "Keep library automatically updated".
Copy a folder containing audio files and an .m3u playlist to a designated audio shared folder.
Click Force Refresh in Serviio.
Observe the log entry indicating the playlist has been added:
Check the DLNA client (e.g., Foobar2000, BubbleUPnP) for the playlist.

The playlist 'Some Music playlist!' should appear immediately in DLNA clients after being indexed.
Actual Result
The playlist does not appear under DLNA clients unless the Serviio server is restarted.
Workaround
Manually restarting the Serviio server resolves the issue:
- Navigate to Status > Server Status.
Click Stop Server.
Click Start Server.
The playlist 'Some Music playlist!' now appears under "Audio" in DLNA clients and is playable.
