Serviio

Hello all together.

First of all, i´m a newbie in using serviio, so if my issues seems to be "very stupid", please don´t be too angry.

I searched for this problem, but i couldn't find a matching topic, and also Wiki couldn´t help me, so:

I´ll tried to integrate the "BubbleUPnP" profile after an update to the new release 1.2.1, without success. I don´t know why. Maybe someone would like to explain me where´s my bug.

After replacing the original profiles.xml and rebooting Serviio opens a pop up saying "Cannot connect to Serviio server, it does not seem to be running. Exiting..."

Your profiles.xml is not 1.2.1 compatible, where did it come from ?

Insert following profile on official profiles.xml file :

The profiles.xml was the original of the version 1.2.1.??? I get it from "C:\Program Files\Serviio\config". It seems to bee an Installation issue.
So i try this evening to uninstall the whole Program and make a clean new installation. Then i will change with your profile.

My test failed. Of course, my first profiles.xml was false, you´re right. But if I changed, the same issue: "Cannot connect to Serviio server, it does not seem to be running. Exiting..."

Where is my issue? (I don´t think it´s a problem with the programm, I think it´s one of the user! Me, myself and I....)

if you have an invalid profile entry in your profiles.xml then serviio will not start correctly and you will get the "serviiio is not running" message
