Series not displayed in series folder

I have 1 series that I cannot get serviio to display. The series used to display but now does not. Naming convention is correct and matches all my other series. Displays files in folder view but not as series. Please be detailed in response as I am fairly new to this. Learn fast though. Thanks

Please post an example showing the folder names and file names. E.g. "Series Name\Season 02\Series Name S02E01.avi"

The path is:
Television/walking dead/season#/walking dead S#E#
All of my series have the same convention. Only this one doesn't display

BTW seems to be fine with plex. Reads as tv series with all episodes named

It's possible that thetvdb.com was down at that point. Try to click Refresh Video metadata button in the console.

Resolved. I had the sub folders named inappropriatly. Thanks. I can't tell you how many times I looked at that
