Hi there, I have recently moved from using samsung's software allshare to Serviio. The reason for this change is samsungs software is way too buggy, crashing on my pc all the time and not refreshing the available files for new ones added on my TV. I installed Serviio, very easy and worked like a charm from the 1st go. Now it has become temperamental when it wants to show up on my Samsung TV. Sometimes it does not show on the source list but is shown on the allshare play menu, or it does not show at all. When I 1st used Serviio the status was a green light for my TV. Now it stays red even when connected. All in all I loved what i used of Serviio and want to get it back to fully working and eventually on all TVS in my house. Any ideas how? Thanks

Sorry after further reading on the forum I see the issue is with my laptop going into sleep then needing a restart to work, its just been a little slower at finding the server on my TV. So that is now temporarily solved. MY next issue is now getting my brother's LG LM670T (2012) set connected to the server. The consol status shows as green light, LG TV, LG TV/Player. However I cannot seem to find the server from the TV, it shows the nero Home media and all share pc but not serviio. How can I get it to run on this TV? Thanks

check to make sure your PC firewall is off and check your router to make sure multicast is enabled.
