Hello!
I see unrecognized IP on my client list.
My router IP: 192.168.0.1 dlink dir-826l (ipv6 multicast off, uPNP off, MAC filtering ON)
My NAS IP: 192.168.0.11
Who is it 10.150.160.149 cyberlink softdma?
Any suggestion?

Cyberlink SoftDMA is a Media Player/DLNA Server (google it).
I'm guessing, but do you use a VPN at all - the 10.x.x.x range may be being assigned by the VPN. This would mean that the Cyberlink software may exist on any of the remote PC's on your VPN network (could be work, a gaming VPN, something of that nature?). If you delete this renderer does it reappear?

Yes.
10.* IP is from my provider network. 192.* is my home network.

This is unusual - the 10.* range is reserved for private addressing. It is not routable on the internet. Your service provider will provide you a public routable IP address - you can find this by visiting http://www.whatismyip.com

Having said that I am aware of some service providers (well one that I know of) providing both a public internet address and a private 10.* address for "community access" (in a sense it is a VPN, albeit a service provider's initiated one). You may need to follow this up with your service provider.

i'm from russia. not everyone has static IP address. so 10.150.160.* from our private provider network and 192.168.0.* is my own home network. main question how ip from provider network can see my serviio dlna server from my home network.
i'm here of course after service provider...

Your environment is a little different than I am used to, but the same principles apply.
In simple terms Serviio advertises itself to all devices on your network, and these devices then respond to let Serviio know that they are available. Normally your router will stop this advertising going out to your service providers network. I'm not an IP specialist (others on the forum maybe) but you will need to look at your router to determine if it is allowing these broadcasts through - check UDP Port 1900 for starters.

Your case could be that your service provider has you traversing their LAN, probably through a DMZ which contains an Internet proxy and other devices, in which case there may not be anything you can do without their involvement.

Alternatively, you could simply right click on the device in Serviio console, and untick the "Device Allowed" - while this will deny that device access to your media via Serviio it doesn't address the broader issue - you do not appear to be isolated from your Service Provider's network. Also, if that devices' IP address changes, you will need to re-do this.

I meant you may need to discuss this issue with your service provider. This is still true.
