Need Pro license reissued

I purchased a Pro license a while back- not sure when since I can't find record of it in my email. Anyway, after I applied it and it worked, some time later my server went back to basic. Media Browser won't work which is how I discovered the issue.
In the console under "About..." is the "Upload License" button. The dialog says:
"Please locate your License file and click 'Save'. In a case you lost it, contact us and we will issue a new one for you."
What am I looking for? File format/possible path to folder? If I can not find it, could you please reissue my license? Any idea for how this issue occurred?
