I have windows media center 2005 which i use to record TV etc. I have then added this folder to Servio. And only about 5 out of the 100 files showed up. So i copied all the recorded TV files to a new folder and added that to Servio same problem only a few files. I took off retrieve meta data for both the live recorded TV folder and the copy i made of recorded TV. Same problem only a 1 file in one folder should 15, and 8 in another folder should be over 100.
Any ideas please?

Where are you looking - under the Series category, or under the Folders category?
Also, what renderer are you using? What Renderer Profile have you set? What file type is being saved by WMC (is it the same for all files)?

Which renderer profile have you set for the Sony?
Try setting the renderer profile to PlayStation 3. This will remux the dvr-ms files to something the TV should understand. This is not the solution - just something that may help point to it.
What application are you using on the iPad/iPhone to see Serviio. By default these iDevices support very few media formats, so you will need a third party app (I use 8player, but others like Ace Player and there are others to choose from). MediaBrowser will also be available for IOS devices in the next release.

Not sure why you sent the two pdf's - groovy files and the on-line sources area are only related to streaming online sources, not for content from your local pc???

The PDF's were screenshots from the PC. To show the groovy directory and the empty online folder

To play Online content, see on plugin forum section...
viewforum.php?f=20- You have to copy/paste the groovy script on serviio/plugins, (like your screenchot => OK)
- You have to add URL list of online sources on serviio/library/OnlineSources tab (
yours is empty !! you have to build it!), look at plugin's forum topic for URL syntaxe...
- Then wait some few minute to serviio to build online that will appears on your renderer's online folder.
