Serviio 1.2 mp4 support

I've recently updated serviio to version 1.2 for subtitle support. It appears that the update as removed the ability to playback some mp4 files. I've tried with both an E series Samsung TV and a PS3, neither of which were capable of playing back the media. I then put the file on a memory stick, and tried it on both the TV and PS3, and it worked, so it's not the file.
I've read in the Toshiba Support section that some changes can be made to the Profile.xml file to get it working, but I'm not sure what needs to be changed to get it working on either PS3 or Samsung profiles.
If additional information is required, please le me know and I'll post it as soon as possible.

I have a PS3 and it plays most MP4's natively. Please provide MediaInfo details for the file - see
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4510What profile has been assigned to your devices?
What are your Subtitle settings (does this file have subtitles)?
If you turn transcoding off, does the file play?

The file is fine, as I was able to play it natively via a memory stick on the TV and the PS3.
I switched the Profile on the TV to generic, and MP4 support returned, however I lost subtitle support.
An interim fix is that I leave it on the Generic profile and only switch to the Samsung profile when I require subtitle support. I'll run into problems if it's a mp4 where I need subtitle support.

Yep, guessed it would work with transcode off (or Generic profile, which achieves the same thing) as it played on USB - not always a guaranteed to be the case, just more often than not.
We may have to modify the profile to remove transcoding of MP4's while still allowing subtitles. To help with that need answers as per my post above (profile used, subtitle settings and mediainfo for the file).
<edit> also - does it play if you remove the subtitle file from the same folder </edit>
